Stages of the optimization process
Step #1
This is the first stage of the CNC, which begins with the complete data of a given property is provided and usually takes 1-2 months. Its result is a report presenting the saving potential of real estate.
Step #2
This is the second stage of the CNC process, which is carried out after prior acceptance of the Analysis by the Client. During this stage, which usually takes about 1-2 months, we develop detailed optimisation solutions and present them to the Partner for accceptance.
Step #3
This is the third stage of CNC, in which we implement the solutions presented in the Detailed Implementation Plan. The implementation takes place in close cooperation with the Property Manager and the Client. This period depending on the implementation area, least from 3-12 months.
Step #4
Throughout the duration of the CNC precess, the property is periodically analyzed in order to purpose further savings solutions.
Step #5
Each optimisation solution that is implemented is monitored for the next 12 months. The client receives a report detailing the savings generated on a monthly / quarterly basis. After the implementation of the final measures has been completed, a comprehensive report summarising the results of the CNC optimisation on a given property is prepared.
