Our operating model is based on an individual approach to each facility, work in project groups dedicated to individual properties, and meticulous analysis of their functioning. We offer advanced tools in the field of asset management supported by the work of the following departments: leasing, commercial, debt collection, and marketing.
We also act as a real estate rental agency, we carry out re-commercialization, relocations, redevelopments of the offer, analysis of parameters, and profiling of shopping centers. The Grzesiak & Partners law firm provides legal services related to real estate law, commercial law, M&A, and business law.

Purchase of Okęcie Shopping Center (Warsaw) and Galeria Madison (Gdańsk)
2007
Implementation of the first project from concept to opening (Galeria Askana in Gorzów Wlkp. with 19,000 sqm of GLA).
2009-2011
Implementation of 20 projects with a GLA of over 140,000 sqm (e.g. Galeria Wisła in Płock, CH Stara Cegielnia in Szczecin, CH Familia in Gdańsk)
2011-2012
Implementation of the second project in Gorzów Wlkp. - NoVa Park with a GLA of over 32,000 sqm.
2017
CREAM OFFICES - appointment of a team specializing in handling office space rental processes throughout Poland.
2018
Grzesiak & Partners (formerly CREAM Legal) - establishment of a law firm dealing with real estate, commercial, and business law.
2019
Creation of new advanced management services: CNC, C360, SellMe, C-RTM.
2020
Establishment of the CREAM Capital company dealing in real estate financing and investing in the commercial real estate market.
