We have experience in both creating direct investment platforms (equity investment) as well as covering full spectrum of various private debt instruments, oncl. preferred equity, junior and senior facilities.
We provide full scope of services allowing to outsource any and all functions necessary to successfully establish investor’s local presence. Our specialty is covering full deal cycle for our partners:
At acquisition:
- Deal sourcing and structuring
- Due diligence – both supervision and coordination of complex processes, as well as inhouse ability to conduct commercial and operating due diligence
- Support in negotiations of the key investment agreements
- Execution of platform build-up
Exit:
- Establishing exit strategy
- Identifying potential investors based on our relationships
- Coordination of exit processes
Holding period:
- Full scope of inhouse capabilities to act as a local partner (including property and asset management, accounting, financial reporting)
- Unique capabilities to optimize NOI of yielding assets
- Senior finance raising and financial structure optimization
- Strategic advisory regarding potential initiatives to maximize returns (such as capital recycling plans, setting up JV’s, build-to-rent cooperations, secondaries etc.)
As our aim is to build long term relationships and focus on growing the value of our Partner’s investment, we are coinvesting alongside our Partners ensure the alignment of our interests.
In the last years our team has been involved in several transactions on both buy and sell side with total value exceeding EUR 2bn. Our expertise covers majority of real estate asset classes, with our specialty in retail and offices in terms of commercial assets, as well as residential for sale projects and developers in terms of living sector.
