In the years 2019 – 2021, the building was thoroughly rebuilt and re-commercialized. The fire safety system was modernized, the toilets, the ventilation and air-conditioning system were modernized and the roofing was replaced. The spatial layout of the first floor was completely remodeled. The changes allowed the opening of the largest and most modern SINSAY store in Tarnów and the KIK store. The culmination of the works is the enlarged and rebuilt to the latest standard – the Biedronka supermarket. Thanks to the insertion of shop windows on the southern façade, the building gained a more modern look.

In CH MAX, customers have at their disposal about 30 shops and service points with the most necessary assortment for home and family. Here we will find well-known discount chains, fashionable clothing brands, a drugstore, a modern grocery store of the Biedronka chain, as well as numerous amenities for customers, such as a parking lot with free first hour, 3 ATMs and a CDM, a public transport stop and a BUS and bike stand. A branch of the Santander Bank is located in a separate building.
