He worked as Technical Manager at General Property, managing the technical aspects of an office building and logistics park. He also worked as a Facility Manager at Golub GetHouse, managing the technical aspects of the PRIME Corporate Center office building. Previously, he was employed as a property management specialist at T-Mobile Polska and Bestcon, as well as a BMS system implementation specialist at Johnson Controls. He completed postgraduate studies in Property Management at the Warsaw University of Life Sciences. He holds a master's degree in Electrical Engineering from the Warsaw University of Technology. He is a licensed property manager.
