Grzegorz Mroczek
Grzegorz graduated from the Faculty of Economics and Management at the Cracow University of Economics. He has 22 years of experience in the commercial real estate market.
He started his career in 1999 at Echo Investment, then he was involved in building the Caelum private equity fund with a value exceeding EUR 300 million. For over 9 years, as vice president of the management board and co-owner, he has been managing the advisory agency Cream Property Advisors.
Over the years of his career, Grzegorz was involved on the development side in the creation of 23 commercial projects of various types dedicated to an institutional client.
At work, he is guided by a practical approach to entrusted projects and a focus on increasing the value of real estate. This has been noticed in the industry and resulted in nominations in many industry competitions, including the Polish Council of Shopping Centres, Eurobuild Awards, and CEE Investment Awards.
